Barcelona coach, Enersto
Valverde, has the backing of club President Josep Maria Bartomeu to continue
as manager for the club next season.

Catalan, says Bartomeu has already taken his decision regarding Valverde
staying and he wants the manager to continue.
The manager extended his
contract with the club for one season-2019/2020 with option for one more-2020/2021
back in February.
The supporters wanted Enersto valverde out after missing the UEFA Champions League final despite
taking 3-goal advantage in the first leg only to lose 4-0 in the second leg against
English side Liverpool in the semi-finals.
The La Liga champions
went on to lose the Copa Del Ray final to Valencia failing to repeat a feet
they achieve last season by winning the double. It was the clubs first lost
since 2014.
Valverde will lead
Barcelona to Asia for their pre-season ahead of their 120th season
in existence and the 89th consecutive season in the Spanish top
flight.
